Amanda has been sick on and off for a week. We took her to the doctor and the only diagnosis was allergies. She was tested for flu, ear infection, strep, pneumonia, urinary tract infection, and a kidney infection. She was negative for everything, which is good, but also frustrating when you just want your baby to feel better. Dr. Olivia decided to give her an examination of her own and put her on bed rest on their picnic table. Amanda was so out of energy that she just played along! Luckily she is now back to her normal, energetic, smiley self!

I READ YESTERDAY ABOUT SOME HARVARD LAW PROFESSOR WHO HAD AN UNEXPLAINED HIGH FEVER AND ULTIMATELY IT WAS DIAGNOSED BY SOMEONE SENDING HIM AN OBSCURE ARTICLE FROM AN OBSCURE KOREAN MEDICAL JOURNAL! WHEN YOU POST ABOUT A FISHING TRIP YOU SHOULD ALWAYS REPORT WHETHER ANY FISH WERE CAUGHT . . . .
