On that note, we are still trying to sell a timeshare in Cabo San Lucas, our house in Round Rock, and my mom's house in Dallas. Anyone know somebody who might be interested?

Starting All Over
We found out today that the people who planned to buy our house do not qualify for their loan. They planned to receive gift money from a family member for their down payment and their family member was unable to come through on the gift. I am bummed, of course, but do think that things tend to happen for a reason. I think we will give the house a few more weeks on the market and then re-evaluate. It is a great house in a great neighborhood, so we will see what the future holds.

That's too bad about the buyer, but you have the right attitude . . . . I've had it happen too and you just have to carry on. You have a great house in a great location.
